Where is your store located?

Our store is proudly located in Chennai, India. We operate as an online store offering a curated collection of pet-parent products including mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and keychains. While we do not currently have a physical storefront, all our operations, packaging, and shipping are handled from our Chennai base.

We specialize in personalized and fun items for pet parents. Our products include coffee mugs with quirky pet quotes, t-shirts featuring dog and cat illustrations, eco-friendly tote bags, and handcrafted keychains. Each product is designed with love and aims to celebrate the unique bond between pets and their humans.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes! We provide delivery services to all cities and towns across India. No matter where you live, we’ll make sure your package arrives safely at your doorstep.
Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. We understand that every pet and pet parent is special. If you would like a custom design on a t-shirt, mug, or bag, you can reach out to us with your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your ideas.
How long does shipping take?

After placing your order, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information via email or SMS.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry if that happens. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you have any offers or discounts?

Do you provide gift wrapping or gift cards?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it will be processed for dispatch and changes may not be possible.
